Michaela understands that every individual’s journey is unique and believes therapy should honour that uniqueness. Using an integrative approach grounded in evidence-based techniques, she tailors each session to meet the specific needs of her clients.

With a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach, Michaela places her clients’ well-being at the heart of her practice. She is committed to empowering individuals to build resilience and deepen their self-awareness. Through unwavering compassion, Michaela creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. She carefully adapts her approach to each person’s unique journey, fostering a sense of ease and relief as she guides them through personal growth and healing.

Michaela works with a diverse population, including both young adults and adults, specializing in areas such as anxiety, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, depression, stress management and relationship challenges. She is committed to helping clients navigate these challenges while fostering emotional well-being and personal growth.

Michaela is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Psychology from York University and is currently in the process of completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University.
